As banks grew larger and national in scope, the banking industry’s risk management and credit approval processes evolved. They became much more model-driven and policy-restricted. The story underlying the business situation became increasingly irrelevant. Delivering client-focused funding solutions has become increasingly challenging in this world.
We believe that a significant number of good businesses do not meet the funding requirements within the current commercial banking industry, and these businesses deserve to receive funding and thrive.
While a growing number of private credit lenders has been established to address those needs, most businesses and their traditional advisors (CPAs, attorneys, etc.) do not have knowledge, connectivity, and relationships with these non-bank lenders.
